ATI Excavator as "Data Controller" pursuant to and for the purposes of current legislation regarding "personal data protection" (hereinafter "privacy", informs that it, in relation to the use of personal data acquired for the purposes following requests for information, processes the same in compliance with the provisions of current legislation.
The data is collected directly by the Data Controller's staff responsible for managing requests and is processed exclusively for the pursuit of purposes related to processing the request for information.
In relation to the purposes indicated above, the processing of personal data consists of the collection, recording and storage of the same and takes place using manual and/or IT tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee their security and confidentiality. .
Data will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed.
The data may be communicated to the following categories of subjects:

- subjects appointed (internal or external) by the company for purposes strictly related to processing the request;

- police forces and supervisory bodies.

The data will not be disclosed.

Use of cookies on the company website
In accordance with current legislation on cookies, in addition to the above note, we inform you below of the approach used by our company to manage the issue.
Cookies are small text files that are sent to the browser from the website you are visiting and which allow you to store information useful for managing navigation.
We can distinguish two large types of cookies:

- "technical" cookies, present in the navigation of our site, used for the sole purpose of making navigation or services expressly requested by the navigator usable such as, for example, language choices, as well as (so-called "analytics cookies") to collect information, in anonymous and aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself. Google Analytics
Our site uses Google Analytics, a web navigation analysis service provided by Google. The service transmits some information relating to navigation to Google servers in the United States, including the IP address. If the anonymous browsing methodology is activated, the transmission of the address will be limited to the EU member states.
Google will use this information to monitor the use made of the site, compile reports on browsing activities and internet use carried out on the site. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where this is required by law or where such third parties process the aforementioned information on behalf of Google. In any case, Google's current policies do not provide for associating the IP address with any other data held by Google.
